I don’t like waste. As I’ve sought to eat only locally sourced humanely raised animal products, I’ve made sure not to let anything go to waste. Some cuts of sustainably raised meat are twice as much as their conventional distant cousins in the grocery store – but once you taste the difference and know the truth behind factory farmed meat, its not a price that leaves a sour taste in your mouth.
